Can you have something waiting in my room for me when I arrive on check-in day?

As much as we would love to have something waiting for you in your room upon your arrival, we cannot access your room until we are granted permission after you physically are on property and have checked in. However, all is not lost, here is an idea if you have your heart set on arrival day-

Make plans to go to your resort, leave your luggage, and head out for the day. Once I have access to the room, I can do set-up.

Generally, I do not recommend check-in day for in-room celebrations.

What do you do with the room key when you are finished?

We immediately discard it once we have completed our project. If you would like, we can also leave it in the room.

Do you do grocery delivery?

No. We are very focused on gifting and room decor. I recommend using Instacart, Garden Grocer, or Amazon prime.

Where do I pick up my gift if I don’t select to put it in the room?

Once delivered, it will be waiting for you at the front desk or bell services (depending on the item). We will send you a text confirming delivery to your resort.

What if I need to cancel or make changes?

Life totally happens, we get it! Please make any changes up to 14 days prior to your delivery date. Anything after that is subject to fees.
